This product does work and relax me but not powerful enough to induce sleep. I got stuck in a drowsy state in which I can't concentrate or enjoy anything and can't fall asleep either. It could be a problem combining this with too much supplements and antidepressant medication. So don't take my review that serious, try it for yourself.
The packaging is excellent. I ordered it based on its high ratings, and I'll try it and update my review.
