I have always had problems with focus/motivation (basically just sitting down to do things I need to do) and this actually seems to help -- once I start, it's not as easy for me to get distracted if I take these tablets. Maybe they're a placebo, but they're effective enough for me (after some time) that I will continue taking them.

We don't need that to get through our symptoms. These also only work if you take it exactly what it is used for. That is why there are so many different bottles of these pellets. Different medicine for different issues. You can't expect cold and flu medicine to fix your sore back. If you did, it would be foolish. Make sure you take these for what they are used for and you will have no issue. I enjoy that these have no interaction with anything. You may have to take it more than once in the day, but that's okay. It does not mean its not working, just means you need a bit more care.

Always read ingredients of packages before buying. They don't approve a product unless it has a bad toxin poison regardless quality, composition. To get benefit just read contents, not effect or taste. Be an improving person for your health and diet. Avoid deficiency.
I bought it for get more energy, after using two weeks feels more energy and do more physical activities
I feel like I sleep a lot better and I can concentrate as well. I saw here in the reviews to take it 2 weeks with a 2 weeks break.
