The combination of these healthy grains is perfect and I use it when I make my breakfast such as bread, overnight oats or pancake. I find it’s very practical because you can have these 3 healthy grains in one product. It’s organic and I trust its quality. My family loves it too so I will definitely buy it again!

I like the mix in this packet … easy to make overnight chia … the taste is good I add a dash of vanilla some fresh blueberry or mango and have the best bkst the next morning ..

So far so good. It of course goes well in my yogurt, I wanted to test something different from straight chia seeds. This fits the bill.
