However, it is difficult to assess the effectiveness of the product or what benefit it is providing without a independent testing procedure. I don't notice any improvement in joint pain and cannot tell if my bones are stronger from taking this supplement.
I tried these on recommdation, but the suggested dosage caused me stomach upset and constipation.
