Made really delicious soy yogurt with this! Just 1 capsule to one litre of milk. I am getting more bang for my buck by culturing more bacteria in yogurt. One capsule now lasts me 2 weeks in the form of yogurt! Awesome stuff!
These are the BEST probiotics you could ever buy. These probiotics are my HOLY GRAIL. I suffer from one of the worst digestive systems. Great product! I've used PB-8 for years. I rotate out with other probiotics; however, it's my favorite travel friendly probiotics. No refrigeration necessary. And it's a clean product. They do not have any additives just 8 strains of probiotics, 14 billion active cultures. The only "other ingredient" is the Vegetarian Capsule (cellulose, water). I can also use these probiotics to make my own yogurt because this blend is so clean.
