Sunflower Lecithin, 90 Softgels (1,200 mg per Softgel)

Used to take soy based lecithin, so it's my first time trying sunflower lecithin. It comes in softgels,in which the size is pretty big and hard to swallow. My way to take it: the dosage is twice a day in each meal, bite it in the mouth and also take it together with turmeric and water. The taste was pleasant. The ingredients used are also excellent from non-GMO sunflower, providing some amount of phosphatidylcholine. I felt the benefits of taking this for 2 weeks where now I had a better memory, able to constantly stare and focus on my monitor longer than usual and had a wonderful sleep.

I trust this brand, it has never dissapointed me before. I take a sunflower lecithin to lower cholesterol, it also helps to control the level of homocysteine. It is a must when you have PCOS, dosage is comfortable to take with each meal. Great for whom have a hypothyreose and could not take a soy lecithin

I’ve ordered a few other supplements from this company brand and they are good quality stuff. They do the job and this particular supplement has good benefits for weight loss and cellular health level. I take one tablet everyday the tablets are large but they are not difficult to swallow. They are very easy to swallow goes down smoothly with glass of water compared to some smaller tablets that feels rough all a bit hard and not so gentle.

I chose this sunflower lecithin because it’s more concentrated and can be taken once a day, which is very convenient. The softgel is quite large (my son joked that it looks like a suppository 😊), but because of the elongated shape, it actually goes down smoothly and doesn’t cause any difficulty swallowing. I appreciate that it’s non-GMO and soy-free, and I use it to support nervous system and cognitive function. So far, I’m happy with it and plan to continue taking it.
