I'm a big fan of Nordic Naturals triglyceride form of omega 3. For fish derived products, their products really do have the best quality. Pills are OK, no weird taste. The benefits of pshosholipids are tremendous for me, these pills contain genuine top quality ingredients which really work. Great for my brain especially, and also hair, skin and heart! I take it for heart, eyes, and brain, for the body in general if you have any inflammations. And for some better cognitive function. No fishy aftertaste. High bioavailability. The amounts of dha and epa is not that big here. The soft gels are easy to swallow. Usually I take them with meals. Good quality product.
