I can tell this is a good quality kava .I open a capsule under my tongue at bedtime and it gets numb a short while later so I know it's working as Kava should.Soon after I fall asleep and wake up refreshed
I love kava kava, these capsules is an easy way to consume it also. Don't ever mix with alcohol, benzodiazepines it will hasten bad withdrawals. It's a nice less bad alternative though. Don't mix with paracetamol or ibuprofen as they both are a strain on the same pathways in the liver.
I take between 2 and 4 of these a day, not every day but when I know I need to be calm for a stressful situation. They help relax your body and mind and deal with whatever the new stress is in your life. Help me to sleep too. Used Kava Kava for years with no ill side effects. Great when used with Maca for a happy and calm day.
"This product is not available in your region." Kava clearly offers more benefits than possible harm if any but some evil ignorant people have made the herb not available. Just look at the pubmed studies for example for God's sake, but no, they know better what's "best for you".
This Kava really works! Quality of ingredients is great and package is nice glass one and I have noticed benefits for my sleep, improvement in my relaxation with this supplement. This is the real deal, taste is not a concern like it can be when you drink Kava. I love having this product as part of my diet. It also helps with my music composition, for which I have used hemp in my younger age, but now the relaxation provided by kava does the trick!
First I want to say my personal opinion is that h this is best kava kava in the market because first off this packaging is unlike the other plastic simple annoying ones, and this has 30% kavalactones in 300mg which is more than others put, they usually put 250mg, I personally really like this one but be careful and drink a-lot of water because it can be a little harsh on the liver so please be careful, anyways the benefits of this is relaxation and sleep composition
This is the best Kava root extract that I have taken. Although the liquid version is more potent having a higher percentage at 50%, this has more mg per serving so I think it almost equals out. It doesn’t hit as quick as the liquid drops, but those are very thick and hard to consume. Either way, Kava 6 is the best one on the market after trying many other brands.

This is higher potency than any other kava capsule or tablet I have found (as measured by kavalactones) and it is from a trustworthy brand that I have been using for over 40 years. I also prefer capsules as they have fewer fillers and binders and I tend to absorb them better.
