Was sceptical as the label doesn't indicate the dosages of single key ingredients, they're in a blend, but definitely returning to this pre

This pre workout gives good energy and focus for my training. I feel more pump and can push a bit harder in gym. Taste is not really my favorite, a little too sweet for me. Still easy to drink and no bad crash after. I would buy again but maybe try different flavor.

This pre-workout gives me an insane energy boost that kicks in within minutes and lasts my entire workout. The watermelon flavor is surprisingly refreshing and doesn't have that weird chemical aftertaste like some others. I did have to start with a half scoop because the tingles are intense, but it's worth it for the focus it provides. It's become an absolute essential in my gym bag.
