I tried so many probiotics, i even had multiple cultures to try on different days. this one works the best, you can feel the difference after usage the very first day. Many claim to be delayed release but it's not very effective though they all may be legitimate product. This one is perfectly delayed to work well.

This product actually cointains strains like M-63 and M-16 which are great for people that have been born by C-section, as they often lack these in their microbiome. I only wish Nature's Way could make the packing more eco-friendly
