Heard on Dr. Berg’s video that most of us are deficient in this microbiome as we have at one point or another taken antibiotics. I culture it and make yoghurt which I consume daily. Helps with digestion and own of the benefits is that I’m not longer bloated.
I’m a long-time probiotic health conscious consumer (Lactobacillus reuteri 30242 probiotic) due to continued high cholesterol and am impressed with FLORASSIST probiotic heart health capsules. They’re easy to swallow (at least for me) and the product being vegetarian is a bonus. Plus, the price is so much more reasonable than what I was purchasing through a different vendor in the past.
