use this product since I am 3 months pregnant daily. I think it helps because I barely get any cramps (currently 30 weeks pregnant). There is no taste and it is easy to swallow. I wish it was cheaper.

A good prenatal calcium supplement with clean ingredients. However this comes with a decently high dose of magnesium oxide with can cause diarrhea if you’re not careful. I wish they used a different kind of magnesium.
Taste is pleasant, just one capsule per serving, no calcium although added

I do not use daily now, no I need other product without calcium because of my some problems. But definitely u can rely on this cal-mag
