This tea is caffeine free and very helpful to get you to sleep and help the sinus issues- like from a sinus infection. Often when I get sick with sinus issues, it is hard to sleep at night, this tea really helps. I really like all of the Sleepytime teas and keep using them. I am glad that hey are available on iHerb.
This tea blend is very tasty and actually works; it has a sweet-minty flavor and I find it does help with sinus issues or feeling under the weather in general. I will continue to purchase this blend :)

This tea was supposed to have sinus benefits, but I'm not sure that happened. I felt the "sleepytime" part, but sinuses felt mostly the same. The taste was okay, but this definitely isn't my favorite Sleepytime blend.
Celestial seasonings is one of my favorite brand when it comes to tea specially their sleepy time blends. It relaxes you and this one really soothe your sinus.

I have severe dust allergies that bother me daily. At night, I will have a cup of this tea. The ingredients are highly effective, the blend tastes great and I take it nightly with some Benadryl. Was able to reduce the dosage of the otc to 1 pill a day instead of four thanks to this.
