Eggshell Membrane, 500 mg, 60 Capsules

I started taking eggshell membrane supplements a few weeks ago for my joints, and I’m already feeling a difference. My knees used to feel stiff, especially in the morning, but now they move more easily. I don’t feel that cracking sound as much either. It’s a natural option that actually works for me. I take one capsule daily with breakfast. I don’t exercise heavily, but I do walk a lot, and this helped reduce discomfort. No side effects so far, and it’s gentle on my stomach.

Only 2.5 days in to therapy. My thumb is the worst followed by my knee. Today I used my thumb a lot and did a lot of stairs. Most say you notice in a week. Been using this for a collagen boost. As a vegetarian I have been looking for a veggie option and this one I love. Compared to the other options that use plant materials I believe this one works better (those only stimulate collagen production, this one actually contains collagen from what I understand). Also this one seems to be one of the cheaper options out there, compared to other brands.

This stuff is amazing. I really believe it is building the cartilage back in my knee. My orthopedist is going to take X-rays on my next visit to see for sure. However, I am having to wear my compression brace only occasionally if I am walking a lot with no breaks. Two years ago I couldn't walk without a brace and a cane. In 3 months time the improvement has been radical even with a fall landing on the arthritic knee. I highly recommend this.
