I like the spicy cinnamon taste of these. They're actually a great substitute for dessert when you just want something sweet to nibble on after a meal. I chew two at a time since the flavor doesn't last long and it's a small amount of gum. Using after every meal to reduce tartar buildup. it's too soon to tell if it's working but it's been an easy addition to my routine.

I appreciate that this gum retains flavor as well as the comperatively less beneficial chewing gums. The cinnamon flavor packs a very slight kick but I definitely wouldn't call it spicy. I can't attest to it improving my teeth but time will tell. Just happy I can chew with a healthier alternative to sugary gums.
I enjoyed these gums. It makes my nose itchy fir some strange reason but i chew after meals for the benefit of xylitol
The taste was refreshing, idk about using cinnamon as a breath mint, but it makes your mouth feel cleaner. Nice gum, I liked that it had x xylitol in it.
I live in a country where cinnamon flavored anything isn’t availeable, so was thrilled to find this xylitol gum. It tasted good. It starts out being quite hard and large, but after a while of chewing the piece of gum gets quite small and flavor is lost, hence four stars. However I most likely will buy again.
