I've used this product for many years. The capsules are easy to swallow and they are chewable. Cinnamon helps control carbs, diabetes but eating it in food isn't as effective as taking it in pill form. However, saliva mixed with cinnamon works different than swallowing the capsule so if you can, do both!!!
