Started taking them before 2008; can’t remember exactly when though. Contracted shingles in 2008 but didn’t feel a thing beyond a mild itch. GP didn’t believe me so I went off it. I felt EVERYTHING when I wasn’t on Zyflamend. Went back on … back to normal. Since then, I have taken them regularly. No complaints.
I’m using and other products for my back pain, but I think that, when start using this product, I have no problem as before using it.. i think that this product is very good. I combine it with standard supplements including chondroitin, MSM, Curcumin, hyaluronic acid, glucosamin, ir hydrolized collagen, with organic silica. Very satisfied.

As we age we have smouldering inflammation in our bodies ongoing fue to many reasons. I have Hashimoto and also time from time experience joints pain. I have for a time elevated CRP. I started taking these as an alternative to a Botox injection in my jaw for bruxism. After a month, I no longer woke up feeling as though someone had punched me in the jaw. My oral surgeon agreed that the Zyflamend was a good alternative. I take 2 every day. About six months ago, I started taking just one, thinking that maybe I didn't need 2 daily. The jaw pain returned within a couple of weeks. I returned to taking 2 a day and life is again good!
This is a good quality ingredients product, made from extract of herbs, which makes it stronger than other kind of herbs supplements. It does irritate the stomach, so if you have a sensitive stomach eat before and take it slowly. I needed to stop it after two weeks of using, and took a break of three days and then came back to it again. Sometimes it takes the body time to adjust. Of course it's very individual. But it's a strong potent, so take it in mind. The effect is strong, works for lowering pain levels, with an active inflammation. The taste is strong and it's also take time to get use to it, I think because of the oregano inside I had an after taste effect for few weeks. It passed though. Overall high quality of product, and clean ingredients.
