Amazing Ghee butter. I have been using this brand for many years. I like to use this butter in the morning bread baked in the oven, I also like to season vegetables and grains. This is a great quality is good. The size is perfect so that it doesn’t go rancid before I can use it. The fact that is made with Himalayan salt. Love to use whenever I cook and want a buttery taste and don’t want it to burn. Definitely recommend.

the larger size unsalted version is a much better price but it's in plastic and that just doesn't feel right. like the fat can soak up the plastic chemicals or something. I haven't researched this so...I keep coming back to this version in the jar. salted is better too.
