The aloe detox recipe is quite effective. It's also excellent for liver detoxification. I bought this for my husband to assist with liver detox at first, but I've been taking it for myself and it's been amazing. Since taking it, my skin has been lot clearer, and I can feel the beneficial effect it has on me. I also have more energy. It's helpful for hormone balance as well. The flavor is the only thing of this that bothers me. It tastes a lot like apple cider vinegar, which is something I detest. But perhaps I'm the only one who likes the flavor because I know a lot of folks who don't. Will buy it again.
