I've tried many probiotics. Fortify Optima products don't result in the side effects some others do, and I've noticed improvement in my most troublesome gut symptoms.
I am over 60 years old and I think this 50 Billion CFU Proprietary Probiotic Blend is very beneficial for me. I do not experience any side effects from taking it. The only downside is that it is a bit expensive, but I think it is worth it for my health and well-being.
I've tried other brands and was not happy with them. Fortify Optima works the best for me. I have been using it for about a month and feel so much better. Thanks
