- Zinc (picolinate)
- Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7) (MK-7) (natto bean)
- Magnesium (citrate, malate, succinate, glycinate, aspartate, ascorbate)
- Even Vitamin C is totally organic!
and so on. And everything is natural!

If you're going to take a multi then it's much better to have a wholefood one like Whole Earth & Sea, Men's 50+ Multivitamin. This brand use superior versions of vitamins and minerals, have tons of natural nutrients and avoid iron (possibly increases free radicals). Plenty to like here at a reasonable price.
