Life Extension products are based on research done by the company and I consider them to be one of the best. I have been taking them for about 8 years now and my annual blood test results have improved. I don’t eat a lot of oily fish so for me this supplement is important. I also learned from a UK tv documentary that the body utilises this oil as well as if you were eating the actual fish! At 63 I’m doing all I can to continually improve my health.

Great option for daily fish oil; capsules are a bit large, so be careful when swallowing. I haven't experienced any fish burps, but I only take one at a time.
