loving this formula, I think it makes sense to mix high quality olive oil with fish oil to make it more bioavailable and also get the benefits of the polyphenols with a maintenance dose of Astaxanthin. the softgels are large in size but I personally swallow it with no issue but it could be an issue for some people

These don't stick to the bottle or two each other because of the quality of the pills themselves. Great ingredients made from fish and help with inflammation and heart health. They don't taste bad because the pills are robust and don't burst easily. These seem to help with joint, cholesterol and hair as well. I count on omega 3 for brain function and these seem to be the best ones I've tried out of other brands. I'll keep ordering these even though they're more pricey
