Dual Spectrum, Melatonin, 5 mg, 60 Bi-Layer Tablets

this is quite a high dose of melatonin, I brought it on sale and have not tried yet but it seems qood guality. it is slow release so that it helps you stay sleeping. some people find other melatonin doesn't keep them sleeping because it wears off. so if you have that issue this should help. we all benefit from more sleep and iherb is good for quality products with good ingredients and clear labels. thumbs up plz
