I have been taking this to slow bone loss. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I do not know if there has been improvement in bone density. I will have a scan in about 6 months to find out. I've read about the benefit of MBP and hopeful it helps.
This contains MBP which is the one which helps bones to increase its density because it slows down the death of the old bones while our new bones are being generated. There is research paper on this topic. My bone density has improved since I took this together with a food grade calcium.

Using these as an experiment for my bones for the next year. Easy to take, however it would be good to be able to purchase larger bottles as I need to take these potentially long term.
packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. I can see the effects daily through my weight loss and increase of energy
I use the product to aid a non union fracture and osteoporosis for a person with low bone density and bone infection. I love the fact that they have a clinical data that it can actually help. The capsules are tiny and you wont have any issues consiming them.
