These gels are small and highly concentrated. Super easy swallow and there is no fishy after taste. They come in a dark brown glass bottle so it protects the gels from light. Nearly finished and will be repurchasing, I love that these do not have a fishy smell or a taste , very easy to take care of, I have found some brands very strong smelling and put me off , but these are perfect!
These caps easy to swallow and no fishy after taste if taken with meal. Uses Pollock fish from Alaska and so for now it is a sustainable fisheries.
