There is no substitute for quality fish oil. I'm a big fan of this brand and have been using this specific fish oil for a while now. it is best to take your fish oil as a separate product so you can experience the fresh taste and know that it is indeed fresh. I do not buy supplements that mix fish oil in with them (such as eye supplements with added fish oil.) if you have a horrible aftertaste after taking any fish oil product, you should no longer use it... could be rancid. Also, it is better to take the liquid as you get "more product for the buck" than with taking pills. I keep it in the fridge and just grab it and take a sip right out of a bottle after eating meal. Put it where you'll see it as soon as you open the fridge. Helps with my chronic dry lip problem as well as my joint discomfort.

We usually use Nordic Natural's for fish oil but gave this one a try. Actually seems better but it would be interesting to see an honest company compare the 2 brands to see which one stands out over the other. Like the amount of EPA + DHA that is found in Wiley's Finest though we still use Nordic Natural's from time to time. Kids have no issue taking it most of the time & are willing to take it like it's a treat. I've tried it myself but not too fond of the taste. Could work well on a salad perhaps with some lemon juice?! For those unaware, fish oil is a natural option to the "little blue pill" since omega-3 can help with blood flow throughout the body! So not only do you get the benefits for the brain but also other areas as well!

excellent quality fish oil, i can even taste the clear distilled good quality from it. it just has a subtle fish oil taste, which is bearable (not unless u burp), I also think this is value for money over Carlson. good for the heart

I was skeptical at first due to price but the quality is amazing. It does have a faint fishy ( I don’t like fish ) taste but the lemon flavor is really strong so you barely taste it.

A great alternative to swallowing capsules. There's no fishy smell but it's not so travel-friendly as it has to be refrigerated once it's opened.
