I have been taking this UC-II since I had knee cap pain about 2 years ago. My doctor recommended me to take UC-II which was about 25% more expensive than this brand but the ingredients are the same, so I switched. The effect is the same. I even recommended my brother to take this since he has joint problems too. He also find this Uc-II effective.

I take twice daily to improve joint pain and stiffness, I noticed some improvement but must be taken for at least 4 month , The capsules are easy to swallow, the price is bit higher compared to other joint supplements.
Since I haven’t been taking this for a long time but I hope it will be effective to my knee - which was hurt during a hike a few years ago. After recovery I sometimes still feel soreness around my knee. I think it has to do with the joint. After taking it I think it’s getting better. I hope the quality is good. Will review again
