I am in my mid 40s and realize I have prostate health crisis, so now taking this supplement. Just within 3 days I first started taking it I no longer have nighttime urination need, amazing isn't it? I have a small bladder so I pee frequently since young. The supplement wont make my bladder expand but the feeling of urgency is more manageable now. 50mg is enough for a low BMI person to feel the effect on day 1. Additionally, it slows beard growth in the face. Beware, never over consume the supplement or else it will become your worst nightmare. Remember supplementing are relative to your weight, so do your own research.
