As I have recounted elsewhere, a urinary tract infection in my twenties left me with a nasty case of bph. After a couple years of hell I began taking prostate-specific supplements; soon I was as good as new. 38 years later I continue using products helpful for prostate health, including Solaray's Pygeum and Saw Palmetto formula, and I'm proud to say that I've never had an issue since. I had my psa tested in April and it was nearly undetectable. I take 1-2 per day; those with active bph would be advised to use the recommended 4 per day dose until the problem is resolved. Interestingly, at age 21 I was balding rapidly. Now, at age 59, I still have most of my hair. I don't know if this is attributable to this product or not. Anyway, this is a first-class product--safe, effective and economical. I believe that all men over 35 would benefit from a maintenance dose of 1-2 per day. Want to know more? Good for gentlemen who worry about prostate problems. But I prefer the pygeum only one to this dual product, seems that works better.

Started a month ago, good quality and smell, good package, the size is not too big, 4 caps per serving. Too soon to tell it's benefits, I take it with dietary fats. It maybe helping hair not sure yet, i combine this with other supplements that I need. Wish it also contained some biotin.
