I take 1 tab of California Gold C 1,000 mg at breakfast and 1 tab before bed. I've read several analyses that 2,000 mg / day of this most powerful anti-oxidant is about right. The product forms the core of my immune system strategy, which also includes B-Complex, Vitamins D and E, Melatonin, Zinc, and Quercetin [a so-called zinc ionophore which acts like a bridge to carry zinc past cell walls where it can the work its magic]. Works for me; at 72 I've not caught the flu in 15 years. Very good value for the money.

Its very hard to find a good Vitamin C with out all the extra added synthetic additives . This product does not have that and it also time releases tru day it is a very good quality 👌

This brand has always been our go to because of their proven potency and quality and ingredient ! This Vit C is not acidic in my stomach and does not have that tangy taste at all. I feel the effect in my body, i have more energy throughout the day! The mg of this product is good for my needs, I only have to take 1 tablet to get the 1000 mg i need. Though the only con, is that the size is a bit big for me to swallow. But overall this product is a good buy for me!

If it works better than other brands? I dont know, but I like what it offers in a Vitamin C with a fair price. It causes me no stomach problems so far.
