Started taking it at the same time I started taking new digestive enzymes, but one or both together work extremely well to eliminate bloating. I also used this product for an international trip when fresh ginger was available. Seems very helpful for my brain function. Really liked the product and would recommend it. Good quality.
I take my fermented Ginger every morning b4 I eat. It has relieved my diverticulitis symptoms greatly. They come in a glass bottle, which can be recycled. I purchase all Dr Mercola supplements.
This is a fantastic product which provided benefit for my tummy. I can get bloated easily so this supplement definitely improved the way I felt. I love Dr Mercola's products as I know he only uses the best ingredients but unfortunately that comes at the cost of having to pay a lot extra. If I never had to budget, I would very much like to buy more Mercola products.
