I cooked the penne to add to a salad. It cooked up well and stayed nicely firm for using hot or cold. It had a great flavor but the texture was slightly different than my usual pasta. It was firm but with a slightly creamy outer. I can't eat much wheat because i have a gluten intolerance but this pasta did not bother me at all. Most what makes my arthritis act up and be more painful but the einkorn did not! I am delighted! I will purchase this again.

The flavor and texture are very good. It's not gummy and taste just like regular wheat. My family likes it! A little pricey, as the box is smaller than a regular pound box, but it's not available locally so I don't mind ordering it.
