This is the best multi-vitamin I have ever taken in my life, no ifs ands or buts about it. This stuff is loaded with the right ratio of vitamins all in their right forms. Comes with a AM dose and a PM dose, which is awesome. If you are an athlete or work out and exercise this will help you a lot, and its also good for the average joe.

Really good quality supplements. They might have a funky taste but their daily effects make up for it. With their ingredients, the AM promotes energy production and the PM enhances rest and recovery!

I enjoy using this multi vitamin.. It's great only wish would be that we only need to take one tablet instead of 3 tablets morning and evening. But not a big deal since they swallow easily.

I have switched my vitamin stack many times to find the perfect balance & then i decided to start taking Thorne multi-vit AM & PM. At first i was agnostic thinking that individual supplements would guarantee that my vitamin intake is optimal, but i was wrong, This multi vit changed my perspective. I do not like to eat vegetables (as many of us) & this multi vit makes sure that i balance all the vitamins and minerals i miss in my diet. I have been subscribed for the past 6 months and definitely it has made an improovement in my health and recovery, what's more it has replaced several of other individual vitamins that i used to take which makes me save money. the serving is 3 pills which for elders might be a bit difficult to take but 1 by one and with liquid is all good, also you can open the pill and take the powder, so no problem in the taking.

What is so good about these is that you don’t have to think about other vitamins to take it’s a standalone with everything you need. I’d like to capsules so much easier to swallow and they’re not too large.

Tried this and felt good. However, after years of research I'm too fussy for an all in one now days, so take my Sups all carefully chosen as separates. But, before I felt confidant in doing this, this brands quality did the trick and I remember feeling well on this comprehensive formula. Boron and Magnesium are too low perhaps but then I take top end of UL for those separately now so not a fair comment.
