These Ener-C packets provide a nice potent immune boost with 1000mg of vitamin C. They also contain a good amount of B vitamins for a slight energy boost. Unlike comparable brands, these also host a fair number of additional ingredients/minerals & nutrients. I like the taste of all three flavors in the variety pack and would repurchase these!
