I tried this product on a hunch as I like the Life Extention product line in general. They tend to out research the competition and are often the first company to put out home run products that take time to catch on. After taking this for a few days I noticed I was sleeping better. I did not notice anything memory wise. However after a few weeks with the better sleep I had more physical and mental energy. So of course it helped my memory somewhat. I am not sure if this is how it works for most people. All can offer is my personal experience. The product has two different pills in blister packs. You alternate the pills, taking one ever other day. I stopped taking it after the box was empty which is a 36 day supply. This is an unusual number but I assume there is some reason to it. I am taking a break and will resume another round of it in a few weeks. I will give it 4 stars as I think it helped my overall health but nothing dramatic memory wise. It certainly did not decline which is what the product name implies. If you are aging and have memory concerns I would recommend using a full box (36 days) and see how you feel at the end of it. You'll notice its effect when you're doing memory-intensive work like doing the math, computer programming.
