Shilajit, 500 mg, 90 Capsules

Dont take if you plan to read a book….very powerful and effective. I started walking routine then, now I can do Road runs again with out catching my breath or feeling weak afterwards. One capsule is enough for a whole day energy. Easy to take as it is just a normal size capsule. Does not have any after taste and the benefit is great. Gives you lots of energy and sharp mind. Really Good product.

I’ve been taking this Sunfood Shilajit for a couple of months now, and I’m pretty impressed with the results. If you’re looking for a natural energy boost without the jitters of coffee, this stuff really works! What I love most is how it gives me steady energy throughout the day - not like the ups and downs I get with coffee. My mind feels clearer, and I don’t hit that afternoon slump anymore. Plus, my workouts seem better since I started taking it. The capsules are super convenient - no mess, no fuss, and no weird taste. Just one in the morning with breakfast, and I’m good to go. The bottle lasts a good while too, which makes it worth the price. I knocked off one star because it’s a bit pricey compared to some other brands, but hey, you get what you pay for. The quality seems top-notch, and I like that it’s pure stuff from the Himalayas without any weird additives. Quick tip: Give it about two weeks to really feel the difference. At first, I wasn’t sure if it was doing anything, but then it kind of sneaks up on you - in a good way! Will definitely buy again.

Great for broken bones, I had a broken part of my finger, I took this herb for about 2 months and the bone was restored again

I am not sure if this is the best Shilajit supplement on the market, but it does the job. The capsule format is great. So you can avoid the taste, but if you want to taste it and activate the digestive process in the mouth, you can also do it.

I’ve used many supplements before, but none compare to this one. The ingredient quality, serving size, and thoughtful composition have been beneficial for my diet and stamina.
