I’ve tried several fiber brands,but most of them had wheat, gluten, acidic components,etc. This one is a good consistency,ground small enough,and doesn’t give this scratchy feeling as swallowing. This fiber is very gentle and very delicate:I add it to my smoothies or take it with water,and it doesn’t spoil them. The effect is amazing-my skin clears off immediately. Everything functions as it should.I like when it happens.

Everyone needs 2 kinds of fiber - soluble (like a sponge) and insoluble (like a scrub brush). For soluble, I eat oatmeal everyday (this also helps with weight loss because it is a prebiotic). For insoluble, the only thing that ever worked for me was lettuce, which I don't eat every day because ... it wilts and sometimes I'm out. DetoxiFiber is an insoluble fiber that works! I have a hernia in my stomach which hurts when food is stuck in it (such as when you eat fat) and the only fiber that could stop the hurt was lettuce. DetoxiFiber works just as well. I tried other powdered fibers to no avail.

Doesn't mix as well as clear fibers but has more benefits.

I like that it doesn’t bloat me and it’s. To super noticeable when I add it to smoothies. It is a little thick but maybe that’s to be expected?

I take this the next day whenever I eat or drink too much bad stuff. Cleans the system out and stops toxins from recirculating. And you really can't get too much fibre anyway.
