I have heard about the not so nice taste about this Black Seed Oil. However when I taste it, it tastes quite bitter, smells a bit like machinery oil. I have read so many good things about black seed oil, it will surely does its job. I'm the type of person that disciplined myself with anything that is healthy from food to herbs, but the black seed oil taste makes me really difficult to swallow even if it did go down it would come back up, but bcoz of the benefits I think I have to take capsules instead of liquid..

The oil has a bit of a spicy after taste but other than that it goes down easily and I'm really satisfied with the quality. It seems to be very concentrated and it tastes pure. The ingredients are really clean (100% pure, cold-pressed black seed oil) which is a plus and stands out against some of the other products out there. I'm inclined to believe that its effective and I am 100% going to be ordering this again!

Well I chose this particular brand of black seed oil primarily based upon the higher content of Thymoquinone - apparently this is the highest content you can get naturally. It tastes like all black seed oil but a little more "spicy". If you find it difficult to take, you can mix it with some honey.
