Even though this protein is a little hard to dissolve, I find the benefits far outweigh that fact. Really high in protein, and great for the digestive system. I put it into smoothies. My mom dissolves it in water. We have both used many containers of the 2.2 lbs vanilla. We will continue to buy. Low sugar -good ingredients.
Love it. Calorie to protein is off the charts. Hard to mix at first, but the taste is good, I've tried other supplements where the taste was unpleasant and overpowering. This is not the case. It tastes good. Low calorie. High protein. I just mix it in cold water before coffee, because that's easier. I prefer the chocolate flavour to the vanilla, because it's a bit less sweet tasting.

on this bone broth protein for a while already and once I get over the initial taste, I am loving it. it's expensive though so I only consume once a while. hence, can't say much about the effectivness. it's definitely a good source of protein diet for me
This is very good . Maybe, it is the best bone broth powder out there. It contains a mixture of Chicken Bone Broth Protein Concentra and Beef Bone Broth Protein Concentrate. I like the taste. The powder is thick and smells nice. No sugar. Non GMO, see the label on the box. I always squeeze a lemon before I drink it, for better absorption. I recommend.
