Chewable Ginger, 90 Chewable Tablets

I'm so glad I discovered this product. I find ginger great to have on hand for nausea, stomach upsets, poor circulation and menstrual cramps. The chewable tablets are smooth on the outside and have a distinct ginger odour. They quickly and completely dissolve in the mouth with a few bites, leaving no grittiness or residue. The ginger flavour is initially subtle, then strong and spicy for about 30 seconds before it starts fading. This spiciness is balanced by the sweetness of the xylitol, so chewing one is almost like eating a very spicy ginger cookie! Recommended!

I always carry a few tablets in my purse for instant neausea relief. I suffer from motion sickness during commute. However, the benefit immediately fades away the minute the tablet melts in my mouth, so I take as much dosage as I need. The ginger taste isn't as potent as fresh ginger, which is a downside for me.

Two tablets is the serving/dosage. Packaged well. They taste good. Most importantly, this works almost instantly to calm any nausea or stomach upset, so the benefits are immeasurable. Love the quality. I've ordered these several times and will continue to do so. I even take a few with me when I'm on the go, just in case.

So I get very sick during long travel (car). And I took this 30mins before. So far, I haven't had motion sickness! I also took it during my first day of my period to help with my cramps. aside from menthol effect of chewing it, it is good to taste it! lol. Quality is commended due to its effectiveness. Ingredients make it more likeable. I can say this is a cheap bet for your money, when it offers good benefits!

I take one or 2 before bed. It's like a treat if you love the taste of ginger. If you don't, i wouldn't advise it and get a capsule one. Great for digestion.
