I got these fish oil capsules because I like to add DHA & EPA to my supplement regime. A lot of fish oil supplements that are cheaper don't even list amounts of DHA & EPA (the important omega's). These have a VERY high amount of EPA & DHA considering the serving size is 1 capsule.
