I’ve just started taking Ultimate Omega 2X (Lemon flavor) as part of my effort to improve my overall diet and focus more on heart and brain health. Even though it’s only been a few days, I can already say the quality stands out. The softgels are easy to swallow, and the light lemon flavor really helps—there’s no fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. The high concentration (1,075 mg per softgel) means I don’t need to take multiple capsules to get an effective dose. So far, I feel good about adding this to my routine. I’m aiming for better energy, focus, and long-term wellness, and this supplement feels like a solid step in the right direction.
The overall quality seems great, although I haven’t used it long enough to say anything about the benefits yet. The softgels are pretty large, so keep that in mind if you have trouble swallowing big capsules. The lemon flavor is surprisingly noticeable. Some people might like it, but personally I prefer omega 3 with no taste at all 😅 I’d rather take the capsule and not taste anything, especially since I don’t want to be reminded of fish when I’m taking it. Other than the flavor, I’m happy with it so far.

It works great as anti-inflammation, promotes heart health, regulates good cholesterol, benefits toward the good health of arteries, and somewhat anti-aging. It’s great for hair, and has a good taste without a fish-liked smell.

Omega is essential for keeping my cholesterol in check and inflammation of my bodily parts. Heart health is good too thanks to this product. Pills aren’t too big in this package either.
