I’ve been taking this fish oil for few years alrdy and I’m very satisfied with the quality. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave an unpleasant fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus. The product arrived well-packaged and on time. It’s good value for money, and I’ll continue using it as part of my daily routine. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality fish oil supplement.

Nordic Naturals is great! I was recommended to take higher dose fish oil, and these are some of the highest quality I've found at a good price too! You can check on their website to look at testing, and see exactly how fresh each bottle is. They provide plenty of omega 3s for heart health, inflammation and beyond. I also have had 0 issues with any fishy taste, they jave a light lemon flavor that hasnt bothered me at all!

thats is very good product , quality from this omega give a lot of benefit heart , brain and a lot of other good thinks , doesn’t have fish taste , I really recommended this for everyone who have problems with inflammation , hair , cholesterol and many other problems 🙏🏽

COLOR: light yellow. TEXTURE: soft, smooth, elongated soft gels (see pic). TASTE: non-fishy. PROS: double amount of EPA & DHA, lemon taste. CONS: very expensive, too big softgels. MY EXPERIENCE: I like Nordic Naturals products as they are 3rd party tested. Their fish oil has no odour or fishy after-taste. This one has 2X EPA & DHA and includes vitamin D3 1000 IU so I get both omega 3 & vitamin D in one capsule (see pic).

The quality is really good. There’s no fishy smell or taste at all, and the lemon flavor isn’t strong — basically you don’t taste anything. I noticed my hair fall started improving after using it, and it’s also very helpful for anyone dealing with PCOS. Packaging came clean and sealed.
