This is one of the few with very natural ingredients and no fillers or binders. I like the Solaray brand for many of the herbs I buy. It is the best value I could find without compromising on the ingredients. It helps my thyroid so I don't have to take much of the thyroid gland.

Quality ingredient. Size is manageable for easy swallowing. No taste, dosage is 1 capsule per day and should benefit the thyroid. First time to try and will wait for future effect of the supplement. Will update and edit this review once I notice any effects. I got 3 on great promotion from iHerb!
