I take 1-4 of these a day for a medical condition called POTS. They help me hold onto water, helps my kidneys work. I take 1-2 on normal days and 3-4 if I’ve been sweating a lot or go to the sauna. They raise my blood pressure which is great, since mine is low normally. Also, the ratio of minerals is perfect, no bad ingredients. It’s faster than electrolyte drinks without added chemicals or dyes.

the size is not big but it has almost 800 mg of potassium bicarbonate in 2 capsules. enough for most people unless they severely low in potassium and for a long time.. i took 2 twice day, with some potassium citrate, and potassium orotate. as since young I had problems with muscles fatigue. this also helped my moods a lot, I am more energetic and positive with it

It took me a few years to understand how important salt/magnesium/potassium is for a great workout. I use this ‘salt supplement’ about 30-45min before a weight training workout. As long as I drink a lot of water (1 - 16oz bottle) with this supplement…I get increased performance in the gym vs not getting this salt supplement in advance of a workout. I believe this is an extremely underrated supplement for people who really ‘pump iron.’ It dies not apply for those people who are shoving their heads into a phone in the gym and taking 5 minute rests between sets. This product would be a total waste of money for them.
