I bought to help with back pain/inflammation. I originally purchased Wobenzym and this product seems as good but less expensive. Neither product totally relieved my back pain but I do believe it does help some. I also take every once in a while with a meal and do think it aids digestion a good bit. Overall I give 4 stars but do think it is an economical substitute for Wobenzym.

Among the ingredients are Bromelain, Papain, Pancreatin, Serrapeptase, which promise to improve digestion. Unfortunately, I was not able to use it in time and track the effect of the intake.
