after adding glutamine into my poat workout, i can significantly feel that the recovery time shorten and less muscle soreness the next day after workout. I have used glutamine for a very long time for recovery after workout also for my IBS. I recommend taking glutamine, look for the cheapest brand, they are all the same thing.. the price of Muscletech products is a bit overrated
