These are fairly large capsules to take so if you have trouble swallowing large pills, don't get these. I like them because I have osteopenia and I think they are helping me to manage this condition. It hasn't progressed, which is good. It's a high quality bone supplement with specific ingredients to help with bone loss. I'm almost 70 years old and bone health matters to me!

I gave this to my mother for her osteoarthritis. After a month her DEXA scans improved. Best for bone health. Good quality. Potent and clean ingredients.
I started taking this product about a year ago after a DEXA scan showed that I was right on the verge of osteopenia. I haven't had my follow-up DEXA yet, but x-rays show that the bone loss from a tooth infection I had a few months ago is healed. I can't say for certain that this product had anything to do with it, but my dentist did seem surprised and pleased with how well the bone had filled in.

The quality and ingredients are excellent. I recommend it for the age of adult. The packaging and composition are quite good. The benefits of this product is to help improve your bone density. It takes about. Three months for it to take affect. I find it there’s nothing for my diet. Or for my knees. It’s good for people who have a deficiency and calcium, vitamin C, or vitamin D. This product has a form of calcium that is in a form that the body can use. I like that it also has the cofactors that the body needs to use the calcium.
