I took this complex as a course. It feels like it's not a classic nootropic or stimulant. The effect is mild, without any sudden changes. In the first few days: I feel almost nothing; there's no "on" like with coffee or Alpha GPC. After 1-2 weeks: I find it a little easier to maintain focus; I'm less distracted; I feel calmer and more focused.
